Refund Policy

At Autocarecone, we are committed to providing reliable roadside assistance services. If you are not completely satisfied with the service you received, we offer the following refund policy:

  1. Initial Payment Refund
  2. If you cancel your request before we have connected you with a mechanic, we will refund the initial $19 payment.
  3. Post-Service Refund
  4. Refunds are not provided after the service has been rendered and the mechanic has been dispatched to your location. However, if the service provided does not meet your expectations, please contact our support team, and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
  5. Repair Costs
  6. Refunds are not applicable to repair costs, as these are paid directly to the mechanic upon completion of the service.
